An °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp student gives a tour of the Los Angeles campus

Visiting with a group of 10 or more students?

Group visits for summer 2026 will be offered on Tuesdays from June through August. To schedule a visit, please email Matt Villongco at villongco@oxy.edu and review the guidelines below before submitting your request.

°µÍø±¬ÁÏapp welcomes groups of 10 to 50 students from high schools and community-based organizations for a campus visit that includes:

  • a 30-minute admission and financial aid session led by an admission officer
  • a 60-minute student-led campus tour

 

Note: Group visits are available for students in grades 9–12 only. If you are interested in scheduling a self-guided visit for K–8 students, please email Matt Villongco for additional information.

Important guidelines

  • Because °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp’s campus is relatively small, we are only able to accommodate groups of 50 visitors or fewer at one time.
  • If your group plans to eat on campus, our dining hall may be available to visitors. Please let us know when submitting your request so we can coordinate with campus dining staff. Groups should not bring outside lunches to campus without prior approval.
  • After your visit request has been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received confirmation from the Office of Admission.
  • Groups arriving more than 15 minutes late will receive a self-guided tour in place of the scheduled information session and guided tour.
  • If your group is unable to visit on a Tuesday, let us know when submitting your request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
